Lisa, Lead Designer

My new Monstera Deliciosa from @hopelessbotanics is bringing me joy! And I’m reading No One Can Change Your Life Except For You by Laura Whitmore for a good dose of positivity.

I’ve been on a quest to finally enjoy running since March 2020 – but nothing was working. That all changed recently, as I started doing live zoom guided runs with a class on @audioruns and it’s helped me so much and made running dare I say enjoyable!? I’ve also been really making the most of having one of Dublin’s best vegan restaurants @veginitydublin in my 5k by making it a weekly ritual to go buy one of their iconic cinnamon buns.

Kate, Jewellery Consultant

I bought a bunch of goodies from Cult Beauty, I love the Lip Moisturiser from Malin+Goetz. I’ve been drooling over Mark Moriarty’s Instagram of food so going to attempt to make his Cornflake Fried Chicken, excited to start watching Your Honor on NOW TV (Bryan Cranston’s new drama), going on walks and trying new coffee spots (within the 5k) with Elisa has been delightful, especially discovering Meet Me In The Morning’s Iced Dulce Latte, they make their own delicious caramel syrup!

Rich, Senior SEO Specialist

I’ve recently started rewatching Lost on Disney+. So good! I’m trying to do more exercise at home – I miss the gym! Fitbit Coach is great and has some perfect 10 minute warm up routines as well as some killer HIIT workouts. For food, I’m trying not to snack; a good breakfast that tastes nice really helps! I’m flitting between green omelette, oats topped with lots of fruit and nuts, and a breakfast smoothie packed with a gazillion different things.

Music-wise, I was listening to albums by a couple of Dublin musicians I know at the weekend, for the first time in ages. ‘So I’ by Fiach, and ‘Night Sky Blue’ by Niall Thomas, check them out! Finally, books. Just started Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, and The Art Of Resilience by Ross Edgley, both highly recommended.
